In this talk, I will introduce the structure of the Zassenhaus variety of a finite W-algebra in positive characteristic. I will show it is a normal variety. In particular, its smooth locus reflects to very large extent, the information of irreducible representations of the finite W-algebras.

  This is a joint work with Yang Zeng.

舒斌，华东师范大学数学科学学院教授、博导，主要从事李（超）代数与代数（超）群的表示，以及代数群作用下幂零轨道及其变形理论等方面的研究。特别地，在素特征域上的表示论研究中做出系统性的重要工作，在Publ. Res. Inst. Math. Sci., Forum Math., J. Algebra, Israel J. Math., Proc. Lond. Math. Soc., Math. Z.等权威数学杂志发表SCI论文60余篇，并获霍英东高校青年教师基金资助奖励，国家自然科学基金面上项目和上海市科技创新基金重点项目的支持。
