Synchronization of quaternion-valued neural networks is an advanced topic in the fields of neural networks for their wide applications in rigid body attitude, color images and so on. This talk presents the problem of synchronization of quaternion-valued neural networks. A brief overview of quaternion will be given. Based on different control methods, we discuss several kinds of synchronization of quaternion-valued neural networks. Some examples and applications in color images are also presented.

报告人简介：

包海波，研究员，博士生导师，任职于西南大学数学与统计学院研究员，重庆市高校中青年骨干教师,杂志Chaos编辑，美国数学会评论员，亚太人工智能学会高级会员；主要研究方向为复杂网络动力学分析、同步与状态估计，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，青年项目1项，省部级项目4项，发表论文70余篇，其中9篇论文入选ESI高被引论文；多次获Journal of The Franklin Institute杂志杰出审稿人称号；2018年获吴文俊人工智能自然科学奖三等奖；2019年获重庆市科协自然科学优秀学术论文奖,中国电子学会电路与系统分会混沌与非线性电路学术年会优秀论文奖；2021年获川渝科技学术大会优秀论文三等奖，2022年获重庆市北碚区“科技创新巾帼建功标兵”称号，西南大学“优秀教师”，西南大学“优秀研究生导师”等称号，2023年获西南大学“兴明青年教师奖”，入选斯坦福大学发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家名单，获重庆市自然科学奖二等奖一项（第一完成人）。
