In this talk, I will introduce the theory of arithmetic quantum chaos, focusing on the quantum unique ergodicity theorem for automorphic forms. Then I will show you some results on effective decorrelation, the cubic moment, and the quantum variances.

黄炳荣，山东大学教授、博导。主要研究领域为数论，涉及自守形式和L-函数的解析理论、素数分布、算术量子混沌等方面的研究。研究成果发表于JEMS、Math Ann、TAMS、IMRN、CMP等国际数学期刊。
