The Ghent-HFUT Analysis Workshop was held successfully online via Zoom from December 8 to December 10, 2021, which was initiated by Prof. Yunyun Yang from Hefei University of Technology and Prof. Jasson Vindas from Ghent University. Prof. Li Zhang, deputy head of the School of Mathematics from HFUT and Prof. Jasson Vindas attended the workshop and delivered opening speeches respectively.

The workshop lasted for three days and topics included “functional analysis”, “analytic number theory”, “stochastic analysis”, “harmonic analysis, time-frequency analysis, and function spaces” and so on. Experts and scholars from Ghent University, University of Connecticut, Louisiana State University, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, University of Science and Technology of China, Nankai University, Hefei University of Technology and other institutes brought 14 wonderful academic reports. More than 30 domestic and foreign representatives from the field of analysis participated in the workshop and conducted in-depth discussions, and finally achieved a complete success.
