Minjia Shi was graduated from the School of Mathematics at Hefei University of Technology in 2007 with a master's degree in Applied Mathematics. Currently, he holds the position of a professor and doctoral supervisor at Anhui University, and he serves as the Vice Dean of the School of Mathematical Sciences. He has been selected as an academic and technical leader in Anhui Province and has received support from the Anhui Province Outstanding Youth Talent Program as well as the Anhui University Talent Program. He is a member of the China Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, specializing in coding, cryptography, and related combinatorial theory. He has twice been honored with the "Anhui Province Young Mathematician Award" and received both a First and a Second Prize in the Anhui Provincial Natural Science Award. Additionally, he has been recognized with the Baogang Outstanding Teacher Award from the Ministry of Education. He has hosted four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and has been involved in several key projects supported by the Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation, including the Outstanding Youth Fund. Shi has published two English academic monographs by Elsevier and World Scientific, and over 100 SCI journal papers in authoritative academic journals both in China and abroad, including IEEE TIT, DCC and FFTA. His research achievements have been included in the "World Encyclopedia of Coding Theory" and have been cited as highly influential in ESI Highly Cited Papers. He has been invited to visit countries such as Singapore, France, Russia, and South Korea for academic exchange and collaboration.
