Yin Luo was graduated in 2007 from the School of Mathematics at Hefei University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Beijing Zhongke Wenge Technology Co., Ltd. He is also an Associate Researcher at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and holds the position of Deputy Chief Engineer at the Internet Big Data Research Center of the Institute of Automation, CAS. He serves as the Chief Architect of a national major data project and has a background in working with telecommunications operators. He has previously been involved in founding two internet companies and has received recognition as a Technological Innovation Talent in the Chinese newspaper industry, as well as the Wang Xuan News Award (First Prize). He has been selected as part of Beijing's Science and Technology Rising Star Program.
