Introduction to the Report:

This talk is concerned with the existence of radially symmetric stationary waves to the exterior problem of multidimensional Burgers equation together with their time asymptotic nonlinear stability under radially symmetric initial perturbations.


Brief Introduction of speaker:

Zhao Huijiang, second-class professor, recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. Currently, he is the dean of School of Mathematics and Statistics, Wuhan University, member of the Teaching Steering Committee for Higher Education Mathematics of the Ministry of Education, member of the eighth Subject Assessment Group of Academic Degrees Committee of The State Council, and executive director of Chinese Mathematical Society. The research work on hyperbolic conservation laws and related problems won the second prize of natural Science Award of Ministry of Education in 2007 and the first prize of Natural Science Award of Hubei Province in 2008 respectively.
